Thunder Jet Boat - Terms & Conditions

• Thunder Jet has the right to refuse any passengers for any reason.
• All Thunder Jet passengers must meet the minimum height requirement of 120cm
• All tickets, (including all types of gift certificates) are non-refundable.
• A 20% deposit is required for all bookings and is fully refundable as long as cancelled 8 days or more prior to pre booked day.
• All cancellations, including Gift Certificate Bookings, must be received outside 24 hours prior to the departure.
• All bookings must be paid in full at least 24 hours in advance and are non-refundable within 24 hours of pre-booked service time unless service is cancelled by Thunder Jet. 
• Any cancellations made within 24 hours (or 'no shows') will incur a 100% cancellation fee, inclusive of Gift Certificate bookings, tickets will be forfeited by passengers.
• Same day bookings are non-refundable. If cash payment at wharf on day of service is the chosen method of payment a credit card number must be provided to secure booking.
• Thunder Jet reserves the right to cancel or void your gift certificate if you make a booking and do not show up, or show up late. This is inclusive of same day bookings (ie. those made on the same day as departure).
• Clients must be at the wharf 15 minutes prior to boarding. Thunder Jet reserves the right to resell the seats after this time and charge the client in full if these seats cannot be resold.
• Thunder Jet Boating Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any personal injuries, equipment loss or damage sustained whilst travelling with Thunder Jet Boating Pty Ltd.
• Passengers travel with Thunder Jet Boating at their own risk.
• Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children are defined as being aged 15 and under.  
• Thunder Jet has the right to substitute any vessel at any time.
• All details enclosed are correct at time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
• Passengers who are pregnant, suffer from back, neck or heart conditions and/or any other pre-existing conditions or injuries must not ride with Thunder Jet. 
• All passengers are required to sign an assumption of risk form prior to departure. Passengers who choose to ride with Thunder Jet do so at their own risk and must sign a release of liability/assumption of risk prior to boarding. 
• Thunder Jet reserves the right to refuse service to those who are believed to be affected by alcohol or drugs and no refund will be provided.
• Ride may change or be cancelled due to weather conditions. We still operate if it is raining. Thunder Jet reserves the right to cancel services due to inclement weather (generally defined as precipitation greater than a drizzle, wind and swell conditions by Thunder Jet). If a ride is cancelled Thunder Jet will attempt to reschedule the ride at no cost, or compensatory gift vouchers will be supplied.
• Passengers may get wet, and are strongly advised not to carry any valuables whilst travelling with Thunder Jet.
GIFT VOUCHERS/CERTIFICATES:
 - Expiry Dates 
Most gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. The expiry date is shown on the front of your gift voucher. After a voucher has expired, it is no longer valid. Unused vouchers at the date of Expiry will not be refunded and will become the property of Thunder Jet. Extensions are only given once an additional fee has been paid to extend the voucher - Maximum of 3 months given.
